SPV Group have recently completed the tiling project at The Co-op Store, Harrogate.
The project involved the supply and erection of scaffolding for safe access to the works.
The existing tiles and battens were stripped off then new breather membrane and tanalised timber battens were fixed on the exsting rafters and eaves protection trays.
New concrete roof tiles were then laid to manufacturer’s recommendations to best match the original tiles.
Strip off existing tiles and battens, remove from site and dispose. Provide and fix new breather membrane and tanalised timber battens on existing rafters and eaves protection trays. Supply and fix concrete roof tiles, laid to manufacturer’s recommendations to best match the original tiles.
The verges were repointed detailing in sand cement mortar mix.
The existing hip tiles and mortar bedding for all hip details were removed, the existing tiles cleaned off then any missing or damaged items were replaced. A Dry Hip system was then fixed to all hip details.
Working on beahlf of our Client, Kingfisher Construction, the works were comopleted within agreed time scales and all agreed budgets.
