SPV are currently undertaking various roofing, cladding and glazing works at Benchmark Fabrications, Letchworth. The Contract which is being undertaken directly for the Client, Benchmark Fabrications involves a full re roof comprising of a torch on felt system, cladding , roof lights and glazing. The property houses a bespoke Shopfitting fabrication company including office space which encompasses the largest roof area where work was being undertaken was above the factory floor and being a very busy factory which produces 52 weeks of the year, it was essential that no disruption to productivity was caused and remained in operation throughout the contract.
