SPV have recently completed the roofing works at Brockway Carpets, Kidderminster.

Brockway carets have been designing and manufacturing premium quality carets in Kidderminster since 1964.

SPV’s remit involved the supply and installation of a Varsity high performance built up felt roofing system to the main flat office roof area.

The roof suffered from extended ponding but with the introduction of gutters, the roof no longer holds any surface water.

The contract also involved the removal of all existing roof lights and replacement with new glass roof lights to ensure natural light to the building.

The works were to be undertaken within a strict time period whilst the Offices were shut down and all works we completed within agreed programmes and agreed budgets.
