SPV have recently completed the roofing works at Glenthorne Road, Hammersmith working on behalf of our Client- Elements Europe

Elements Europe is an established market leader in modular construction delivering room modules, bathroom pods and light steel frame solutions to the construction industry.

Element Europe delivered a full turnkey solution to manufacture and construct an 89 bedroom Apart hotel in Hammersmith, London for their Client Ace Zone Holdings Ltd.

The 6 storey apart hotel was designed all as per the Clients Specifications and will feature 89 hotel style bedrooms.

SPV’s remit involved the supply and fixing of new slates to the mansard roofs.

New lead dormers were installed as well as a new single ply gutter to the mansard.

A fully insulated high performance single ply roof covering was installed to the main roof as well as a new roof hatch and a man safe system to the main roof.
