SPV have recently completed the roofing works at The Iceland Store, Ballyfermot, Ireland

The contract involved  the removal of the Filon roof as the existing pitch was too shallow.

SPV then fixed new joists and OSB board followed by 2  a high performance built up felt roofing system.

To a second area, where there were similar issues, SPV fixed OSB board over a metal deck followed by the installation of 2 layers of high performance roofing felt including forming an internal gutter.

This was a very difficult job and the SPV operatives completed this excellently with outstanding attention to detail, exceptional quality and also within a the required time scale.

The finished job looks superb
