SPV have recently completed the flat roofing works at The Odeon Cinema, Brighton

The existing roof was made up of metal deck fibreboard and 3 layer felt with a mineral finish.

The fibreboard insulation was wet in places and the whole area needed recovering with the damaged areas of fibreboard replacing.

Our remit involved the replacement of the defective fibre boards with new sitec boards with a bitumen top followed by the installation of Technonicol high performance roofing felt to the main flat roof complete with all associated flashings.

Upmost consideration was given to the day to day running of the Cinema throughout the works and SPV esnured that minimal disruption and inconvenience was caused for the Client and the Cinema users.

All works were completed within agreed budgets and agreed time scales
