SPV have recently undertaken the roofing works at The Odeon Cinema, Hull.

Working as Principal Contractor, SPV carried out the re roofing works to the main roof area using a Soprema High performance Roofing felt system complete with all detail works, as well as coordinating all other trades on site.

All works were completed on time and within budget with the client commenting; 

“The project was a high risk project dye to the nature of working at height and electricity. It was pleasing to note that health and safety was high on the agenda. Overall a high risk project completed with no major injuries, a well-managed project by the Principal Contractor.

Excellent job with minimal snagging which is very much appreciated- well done to all parties involved”
