SPV have recently carried out mastic asphalt works to a Balcony on a private residence in Aldridge. The owner wanted a usable area that looked aesthetically pleasing.

Mastic asphalt laid in 2 coats with trim to the edges. We formed new fillets and skirtings to the brickwork. All works were completed within agreed budgets and agreed time scales to the delight of the Building owner.
