SPV have recently completed the scaffolding, slating and tiling works at Solo Carpets, Birmingham for our Client Central England Cooperative Society. The contract involved the replacement of the main tiled flat roof. A working platform scaffolding was erected to the perimeter of the building to provide safe access to the works. The existing clay tiles and lath were roved then new breathable membrane was fixed over the existing trusses following by new clay tiles complete with all dry ridge and hip tiles.
