SPV Group is continuing to invest in its customer service following the implementation of our new phone system, the new Company website and an internal Intranet.
We have invested in an updated phone system with 4com complete with personal mailboxes, increased lines and online marketing. Our new website features many of our projects, information about each of our services, handy links, all our social media sites as well as the latest company news from across all our businesses. SPV have recently joined Social Media sites Twitter and Facebook.
The Company Intranet is a platform for all company information to be stored in one centralised locations, accessible by all Offices and aids both communication and standardisation within the business.
The investment forms part of our wider expansion strategy, which has included the opening of a new Office in Central London, investment in a number of new vehicles as well as the appointment of a number of new directly employed highly qualified team members.
