SPV have recently undergone our Investors in People re assessment and we are delighted to report that we have met or exceeded in all 5 areas of the standard. The report highlighted some excellent improvements within the Company and detailed the following;
SPV have made good progress over the last year. All Five of the indicators have been met at the developed level with four indicators now achieving the Established level.
Several themes have also improved to an Advanced level. Continuing to embed your values and improving consistency of leadership at every level should put you in a position to achieve Silver or even Gold accreditation at the next full assessment at the end of 2021.
Refreshing your brand has provided a good opportunity for everyone to reflect on what makes the company standout amongst your competitors so this was a good time to refresh your values.
You have continued to improve internal communications and providing better access to information for colleagues working away from the office and the development of your own apps not only ensures you have a tailored resource but also demonstrates your appetite for innovation.
One of the key highlights of the last 12 months was the establishment of the Training Centre reflecting your commitment developing skills for your sector and securing a pipeline of talent for the future.
Keeping people well informed and checking on their wellbeing during the current Covid 19 lockdown reflects your positive approach to people management and has ensured you remained resilient and ready to bounce back as quickly as possible.
SPV are proud to remain an Investor in People for the 11th year running
